Let’s be honest, do you still look for the enormous wine lists with vintage depth and wide assortment in a restaurant? We have come to the conclusion that we want to give you more time for the counterpart at Sablier. Thus, the selection of wines was deliberately designed to be small, but exquisite.<\/p>\n

Nomen est Omen – in the Sablier, French provinces form the heavyweight. Swiss wines and international pearls complete the selection. Fair prices, unknown winemakers but also big players find their place on our wine list.<\/p>\n
