At the exclusive dinner event at Sablier, Asian exoticism and top Swiss cuisine come together to create a fusion of flavors in a class of its own.

Two top chefs who inspire each other: Felix Eppisser, master of Myanmar flavors, and Daniel Kirchmeier, Chef de Cuisine at Sablier (15 GaultMillau points), compose a 4-hands dinner that makes boundaries disappear. And you can feel it on every plate: not just ingredients, but cultures merge here.

The menu is accompanied by a finely curated selection from the Segmüller wine cellar – each drop perfectly matched to the courses, each sip an echo of the flavors on the plate.

International Delights

Before moving to Myanmar, Lucia and Felix Eppisser ran the legendary Rigiblick on the Zürichberg. Today, they employ over 50 young people in their light-flooded bamboo house, the SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge, which they designed and furnished themselves.

Markus and Daniela Segmüller run nine successful boutique restaurants in Zurich and are delighted to welcome Lucia and Felix Eppisser for the Asian pop-up at Sablier.
