A Culinary Journey of Joy

The host families Eppisser & Segmüller take you on a culinary journey through the exotic flavors of Asia, paired with Zurich’s style and elegance. As part of the pop-up series “A culinary Journey of Joy,” guests will discover culinary delights from all over Asia.

Felix Eppisser’s five-course gourmet menu combines light and spicy exotic flavors, while the matching wine accompaniment comes from Segmüller’s legendary wine cellar. Lucia Eppisser will serve the creative delights on ten exclusive evenings, accompanied by stories from Myanmar and exciting information about the exotic dishes. An enjoyable experience, which connects Asia and Zurich in a friendly and culinary way!

Pop-Up Event

The personally guided and limited pop-up events start at 6:30 p.m. with an aperitif with the hosts and end with a homemade Mandalay Rum praline with coffee. Lucia & Felix Eppisser and Daniela & Markus Segmüller are looking forward to your visit!

From August 16 – 20, the event will also take place at Carlton Restaurant & Bar, our partner establishment.

Indulgence in Yangon

Before moving to Myanmar, Lucia and Felix Eppisser ran the legendary Rigiblick restaurant on Zürichberg. Today they employ over 50 young staff in their light-flooded bamboo house, the SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge, which they designed and furnished themselves. Together they are committed to the gastronomic training of young, Burmese talents to enable their personal and professional development.
